Amazing DUBAI

i post this blog because i have enough sources to show rite here. this is about the Amazing Dubai that makes me WOW WOW WOW...... imagine that just within few years, Dubai become one of the most developed countries in the World, and has the history of rapid growth in its hotel sector.

May 2, 2004 - Dubai has more hotels under construction or planning today than ever before. According to research by The Consulting House, a new hotel consulting firm based in Dubai, there are 31 new 5- and 4-star hotels either being built or confirmed for future construction in the city, containing a total of 11,770 rooms and suites, plus 1,305 hotel apartments.

well, one of the most high class Hotel and the only 7-Star Hotel in the World has already open few years ago (2000), named Al Burj Hotel. There are 202 duplex suites in the hotel, the smallest suite starts at 169 m², and the largest is 780 m². Each suite has floor to the ceiling windows with spectacular views on the Persian Gulf. Every suite has sumptuous living and dining area, and office facilities. They are equipped with 42 inch Plasma screen TV, and everything is automated and can be controlled via remote. The list goes on, like 13 pillows to choose from and similar thoughtful care for the guests.

this is the other amazing newbie Hotel, named Atlantis the Palm Hotel, the Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the Emirates Towers as icons of the world’s hotel industry. Atlantis is the flagship resort on Palm Jumeirah, and the first resort to open on Dubai’s revolutionary island.

Atlantis also is the majestic focal point of Palm Jumeirah, a man-made island that has captured the world’s imagination with its magnificent scale and ingenuity. Atlantis, the Palm, will eventually offer 2,000 low-rise hotel resort rooms on the Crescent of The Palm, Jumeirah, with the region’s largest water theme park, including an underwater archaeological ‘dig’ themed on Atlantis.

the other one is Hydropolis Hotel, World's First Luxury Underwater Hotel. The amazing Hydropolis Hotel will become the world’s first underwater hotel, with 300 rooms and suites at a depth of 20 metres off the Jumeirah Coast. it will include three elements: the land station, where guests will be welcomed, the connecting tunnel, which will transport people by train to the main area of the hotel, and the 220 suites within the submarine leisure complex. It is one of the largest contemporary construction projects in the world, covering an area of 260 hectares, about the size of London's Hyde Park.

well, this is not the hotel, but this building will become the World Tallest building ever, named Burj Dubai, is a super tall skyscraper currently under construction in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with the height more than 900 meters (2000 feet) development called Downtown Dubai.

Burj Dubai observation deck is located 442 meters above the ground will be the highest publicity accessible observation deck in the world. Observatory Elevators (double decker cabs) have a capacity for 21 persons of each deck and will have the World's longest travel distance from lowest to highest stop. these elevator will travel at 10m/s.

There will be 200 meters of spectacular dancing fountains at the foot of the Burj Dubai. well, the tip of the spire can be seen by a person 95Km (60 miles) away and will house one of the first Armani Hotels.

this is the comparison between the Tallest Building in the World.

and this will be the World Future Tallest Building ever, named Al Burj.
The Al Burj will be around 800 to 1000 meters height, so it might beat the Burj Dubai or not. The Al Burj will be finished in 2010 and will have 200 floors. Al Burj was originally proposed as "The Pinnacle" in 2004 for the trunk of palm Jumeirah but has now been redesigned and moved to the Dubai Waterfront, probably due to aesthetic reasons.

The Nakheel Corporation has retained Pei Partnership Architects to design a luxury apartment tower in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is to be the focal point of one of the world's largest man-made islands, The Jumeirah Palm, located offshore from Jumeirah Beach. The Palm Tower rises out of a lagoon in the central canal of Palm Island. The building is a cluster of three towers around a hollow circular interior. The towers are joined at six sky-bridges that function as express elevator sky-lobbies. Above each sky-bridge garden is a tall atrium open to the breeze and sun on three sides. One of the three towers is shorter, allowing for a large swimming pool on the roof terrace, overlooked by a circular glass penthouse.
