Happy Birthday Fendy

2nd day in Singapore since my last visit to my lovely hometown, makes me a lil bit miss home rite now. but well, this is Singapore. we must be mature and independent. hufff....... bring the Medan's Meranti roll-Cheese-cake to office, and feel happy that my colleauges love it. haha..... continued worked at Bishan today together with another 5 crazy colleagues, makes me feel even more happy, as they all are super fun. lol..... (Irwan, Rainer, Jessica, Christine, and Hazel).

then, One sudden call from Hendry about a dinner invitation from Fendy for his Birthday this time, makes me feel Phaise, as am not really close to him *at that time*. The dinner was held at Mr. Curry at Central, Clarke Quay. hmmm..... commenting about the food, the taste is not really bad, but i still prefer Chicken katsu curry from Zanmai. hahahaha..... ou well, during the dinner *chit chat is a must*, we talked quite a lot of stuff. then, 5 of us continued our chit chat at DYMK, until around 11pm. feel a lil bit HOT because of the Mojito. but, love it. hahaha....

by the way, Happy Birthday Fendy. Wishing you all the best always for your study.

Victoria's Secret Fashion Show 2009/2010

Victoria's Secret Fashion Show came back to New York City's Lexington Armory on Thursday night (19 November 2009) unveiling a new collection of lingerie and elaborate accessories. This time, the show feature a choir, acrobatic dancers, The Black Eyed Peas and saw supermodel on the runway included Heidi Klum, Alessandra Ambrosio, Doutzen Kroes, Caroline Trentini, Chanel Iman and Miranda Kerr, with Marissa Miller wear a $3 million diamond-encrusted Harlequin Fantasy Bra.

Unfortunately, Selita Ebanks and Karolina Kurkova failed to renew their contracts this year. Victoria's Secret inducted five more models into its 'Angel' ranks to represent the brand, Emanuela de Paula, Chanel Iman, Lindsay Ellingson, CandiceSwanepoel and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. Furthermore, there are four angels that are currently pregnant: ex VS angel Gisele Bunchen was first to announce, followed by Karolina Kurkova; current VS Supermodel Heidi Klum, who is set to give birth in a couple months, and lastly, Adriana Lima is due in December. It will be interesting how the show will turn out without these legends. T.T

too bad, the shows will only air on CBS December 1, not channel 5. lol....

Medan, Am Coming.................

am so happy that i just confirm my silkair flight ticket for this coming early December to Medan, my lovely hometown. even though just a 5 days short trip back home, but i will make it fun. meet my old friends, gathering with my lovely family, especially with my lovely parents.

one of the other reason i go back is also my cousin's wedding ceremony on 6 and 7 December. the remaining 3 days, i will spend it with my friends, and also my lovely parents at home. hehe.... miss u mom, miss u dad........

Effect of cold water

For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. it is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. wowl.... it's been awhile since the last time i touch my blog. it's time to update it. haha.....

well, been few months in this company, makes me feel more stress. why? too independent. no team yet. need consistency. training. etc. by the time i think to build a team, but my confidence not with me yet, which is very depressed..

in the other hand, money is on of the biggest matter for me now. the biggest goal that i can see is that the ownership of my own company which is very achievable, but need a lot of hard work. it's not hard, but it's not easy as well.

well, i will try my best in this company, at least for now, enough to cover my living cost is better than nothing. GBMe always.........

Dreamworks Sports Day & Mooncake Festival

wow, it was a great Funky Sports Day ever since i join this company. This sports day is actually a friendly competition among organization based on team performances, identity, and also teamwork. But, the teammate was randomize by the coordinator, which means all the people from all department from all division, will be randomize and become a team.

it was an early morning event, reach Sentosa around 7.30am (freakin' early. wake up around 5.30am. huff.....) and i saw a lot of people actually practice dear team performances, team identity, and so on.

there are some competitions created by the coordinators. there have no specific name of the games, but it was extremely fun. but the 1st game we need to create our own identity by created a small banner about our team, where ROYAL BLUE is my team. the most challenging game was, standing as many people as possible in a small newspaper. wow.... very challenging as i need to carried a girl on my back and squeeze in a small tiny newspaper.

and the other game is caterpillar game, in which we need to tied our foot with one and other, then walk like caterpillar. pretty hurt actually but it was fun. hahahaha.....

ou well, at the end of these event, the accumulation result of all of this game will be ended with a team winner who will take back S$2000 CASH. wow, check it out man S$2000 cash from our lovely owner. wow......... but unfortunately, my team do not win this game. however, proud to be part of the team, where the team become 1st runner up with the BEST TEAM COORDINATION title. I SAY ROYAL YOU SAY BLUUUUUEEEEEEEE.................

ok. enough for this but it's not the end of the day. after sports day at Sentosa and have a late lunch at harbor front about 4pm, i went back to take a short nap like about an hour, then i went to my friend's condo at Holland Village to celebrate mini moon-cake festival. just a simple dinner but yet it create fun and happy among us. this is what we did every moon-cake festival. lighten up a big round candle, the lantern. walking around, and took lots of picture (not some).

we need like about 40 - 50 small candle at that time. the challenge that we faced is just the wind blow. today, the weather is quite windy. but it's quite funny. we need to take a lot of pictures with the candle, yet it was blown away by the wind. haha....

well, Happy Mooncake festival guys....... Enjoy it..........

well, it's been 4 months i worked in APPCO group and a lot of stuffs happened during this period of time. a lot of positive thingy happened as much as the negative thingy happened as well. couples of people resign for this job, numbers of new faces coming for this job also.

something to highlight about my 4 months here is that they build my confidence level into bo phai seh level. lol.... learned how to talk with new people and how to influence people and not a Nag out boss. how to be a positive minder and have a positive mindset.

ou well, beside the good stuff, in the other hand, obstacles that i faced currently is the changing environment among the colleagues, not the office. why do i said so? because the people that you talked to every single day and the people that you mixed with everyday will be different because of the changes itself. from a very positive and influence people, until the negative and skeptical people.

other challenges that i faced is the objection from the people. but i have no idea what this Singaporean think. i met some people that prefer to save S$1 dollar to buy GUCCI handbag rather than give it to the Heart Disease Patients. i met a lot of people that said "I HAVE NO TIME", "RUSHING", "NOT INTERESTED". i understand some of them was really in rushing for something. however, it's not that i want to curse the others but they don't think far away about helping peoples life and they don't even think of their position in that situation when they need the money to help their own people who have Heart Disease. and honestly, 75% of my total donor, is foreigner. and i don't want to comment on this.

but i just realized as what i noticed, some of my Singaporean friends, they don't even care about their own family members, then how they can CARE about this patients?

but i really Appreciate people who stop and donate for this patients. GBU always.

Short Holiday

pheeeeewww, i felt so excited and happy when i went back to Indonesia for relaxing, holiday and for my grandma's bday at the same time as well, but still not enough for me because it just 3 days 2 night trip. a very short-weekend-trip. hahaha...

well, lots of stuff happened at that 3 days. hanging out with friends, even though it was just a short day, but still feel so happy to met all my old friends. hang-out at starbucks coffee @ cambridge city square, ate bakso @ My Bakso, dinner with my family, especially my grandma's bday dinner, met lots of my family members. feel so happy.

ou btw, i bought my new spectacles, new brand, and new style *hahahaha.....*, but the stupid thing is that, i forgot that i will fly back to Spore on sunday, in which most of the shops in Medan are not open on sunday. so, i fly back without my specs. but luckily, my cousin is fly back today, so i can take my specs tomorrow at her office, which is just right in front of my tower. hahaha.. thanks Wen.

ou btw later on, i will upload the pictures during my stay in Medan. haven't transfer it yet. lazy and no time because today i need to work. huffff.....
