Zanmai

i just coming back from "my first day working at" sushi Zanmai Restaurant. and i also officially part of zanmai family together with silai and friends. lol....

at first, i didn't get any training from my captain, and i asked widya about all the things related to the work. as what i remember their name, i worked together with Widya, Tee, Aaron, julia, and silvana. nothing to do much, i just did the job that my manager asked me to do "refill tea only".

something special about my 1st day work, from my manager "our new part timer *me* is so hard working. he had a very good performance". hahaha.... clap clap clap, proud of myself. lol... :D

well, this is my first job in 2008 and i hope it will smoothly go with da flow. haha....

Surprise...!!!

today, i just finished my exam for Business to Business subject. huh.... hopefully i get good result for this subject.

okay at first, i just had my dinner with desy and lilis @ Kim Gary restaurant, because we plan this few days before, but waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, i got my birthday surprise from them. thanks to Desy and Lilis. *muach muach* i will always remember this. hahaha... damn happy. Thanks buddies.

well, we continue our supper to murni ss2 together with maria, eskay, and lawrence. and also thanks to y'all who comes and join on my precious moment. love y'all.

wtf, what a bad 20th bday. i just got some greeting from my friends through sms. the 1st person who did that was Albert. *man, you are the best always." i will always remember this dude.

well, i wish that tomorrow will be better for me, great luck, better result, good health, and maturer.

Good-Bye and 恭喜發財 Grandpa

This morning, I got word from my mom that my dad’s father, died peacefully in his sleep last mid night, one day before Chinese New Year.

the last time i saw my grandpa was about 1 year ago, when my grandpa came to my house, together with my uncle. but, i have not much to said, because I'm not really closed to them because of the distance and the relationship problem.

but, it was a fateful day to remember.

however, we just celebrate Chinese New Year in a simple way in my grandma's house. ou btw, Gong Xi Fa Cai 恭喜發財 !! For my family, my friends and also those who celebrate it, may God always bless y'all with good health, fortune abound, great luck, peaceful soul, and prosperity surrounded in this year...!!

ASCENDUR

today, is our last day working at Ascendur. Sdn. Bhd. i couldn't mention it by words but it was fun worked together with my colleagues "Clay, Benjamin, Nurul, and Linda".

but at least i did something good for this company, which is my design for the agents name tag. i'm so proud of myself that finally some of my work was published in public. haha....

after leaved office, me, christina, ben, clay, darwis, emilia, and cheng eu (one of the agent of Ascendur), had a farewell dinner at Korean BBQ at Desa Sri Hartamas. after finished dinner, we went to a bar for drinks at Souled Out. such a nice place for gathering and kongkow2 with friends there.

gonna miss office......

The New Journey...!!!

i just realize this is 2008 already. But, i felt that i did nothing good or something special last year. some more, my new year party was not that fun. but thanks for ALbert, Emilia and Anita for making my new year a lil bit pretty. haha.... *what i said huh... blurr....*

okay, recall back to my 2007 achievement, i still taking Business to Business Marketing as my short-summer course in VU, and still doing Undergraduate Internship program at ASCENDUR. doing fine with my job, but now, i had a job to design the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for my company performance, and design the name tag for all the agents including the officer's name tag. i can say that for now, i have no idea how to design a name tag, as what i have for my portfolio, i never design a name tag. But, i'm sure that before i finish my internship program, i'll have something that can "proud of myself".

about my hobby, i still do like Photography, as what my canon EOS 400 D supporting me to take good picture. haha.... well, i will update my Deviantart if i get the new shot.

ou by the way, about last 2 weeks, my colleague Clay recommended me for a book called "The Secret" by Rhonda Bryne. at first, because of i'm not and even don't like to read any books, including my own text book, i refuse to buy this book. But, i don't know why, i get my money out of my wallet for this book. After i read it, i just felt that this is awesome. i learn something from this book. well, the point is "be positive always".

I can say that i was such a sensitive person, a greedy person, greedy of everything i want. even though there is one thing that i do not need it but i want, then i must get it. Well, after read this book, i quote one sentences that i always remember from this books *based on my point of view* it is said that "if you want to have something, but you hold it and you feel it, you will get it". and i think this sentence make me "open my eyes" of what i did before. And i hope, i could change what i did before, especially for the bad things i had did in the past.

For my life, everything seems to go smoothly and i wish to get better, even though it is not as perfect as i wish before, but i took a lot of life lesson from it.

well, i want to quote something to support my passion in this 2008

Singapore day 4

finally, this is my last day in Singapore. without wasting my time, before i went back to KL, i go to orchard road to meet my friend Ferry the photographer. a nice guy but kinda stupid. hahaha.... what a funny guy, laugh all day long.

and, we went to Golden Mile the bus station at beach road to meet albert, emilia, anita, winda, and felix. yeah, its 3.30PM. it is time for me and emilia to went back to KL.

Singapore day 3

the 3rd day, i got my lunch together with albert, imelda, and alex at bugis. we eat "pontian noodle", which i don't really like it. haha...

after lunch, we went to Kwan Im Temple around there to pray for a while, and wow, what a crowded temple there. hmm... okay, then after that, we went to Marina Square to have a walk and meet emilia and inggrid there.

about 6.30PM, me and albert went to audio house, an electronic fair in a mall (i'm forget the name). spending about 30 minutes there, we walked to Clarke Quay, just a few block from where we are now.

we spend about 1 hour there to snap pictures, before we went to a Japanese restaurant named "Curry Udon Wakashachiya" in The Central. we met the rest of our friends and then the waiters said "sorry, would you like to wait about 30 minutes? because our restaurant is full now".


10.30 PM: we have finally finished our dinner and again waiting about 30 minutes to decide where to go. Trio: "let's go to cafe del mar, Sentosa", me: "let's go to Esplanade to see fireworks" (because i wanted to snap fireworks with my new camera). then the final decision was to stay at Clarke Quay to celebrate new year.

what a big disappointing day, there is no fireworks there and i missed that moment. (okay, forget about that). we went to Hooters to have a drink then went back about 1.40AM. guess what, a very long queue for taxi, and we waited until (about) 5.30AM to get a taxi to went back, while albert, emilia, anita, winda, and subandi enjoyed their day at China1, a live band cafe. haiz.... what a tiring day.

Singapore day 2

okay. this is my 2nd day in spore. about 3.45PM, we went to Sentosa Island using the monorail in vivo city, which is connected to sentosa island directly.

from the monorail station we walked to Siloso beach, which is about 1km long. guess what, few minutes after we reached there, and yeah, its raining. what a bad day. but, it is just a "short period" rain, and we continued our journey by walking around to merlion walk. and we spend about 3 hours there to take picture anytime anywhere. haha....

about 6.40 PM, we went back to vivo city, by using the same monorail. and its time for dinner. waiting about 20 minutes to decide where to eat, finally we have decided to eat "kolo mee". kolo noodle is located just beside the kopi tiam at the basement of vivo.

after dinner, there's only 5 person left to continue the journey, from vivo city, we took MRT to Dhoby Ghaut (多美歌), and transit to orchard road. what a crowded place, but i like it. orchard road is one of the busiest town in Singapore.

however, it's time to go back home. it is 11.25PM.

Singapore day 1

After sitting about 6 hours in the bus, finally, me, albert and emilia, reached Singapore. it is about 3.40PM.

after finish taking our dinner, me and my other friends went to MOS (ministry of sound), which is located at Clarke Quay, Singapore.

such a nice place to hang out with friends. because this place looks cool and it has a lot of restaurant to choose and this is just beside the central, one of the mall in Singapore.

however, there are about 20 friends who went to MOS with me, but some of 'em were not in this picture. hmmm..... such a fun day gathering will all friends at the same place. actually, most of them is my senior in SYUC.

too bad, i couldn't bring my camera inside MOS. because they were scared that i will misuse the picture that i will take. but, someone at MOS took this picture and i found it in www.whosgoing.sg, a website, which is giving information about the events and pictures in some club in Singapore, and it is updated daily.

luckily, albert brought his camera canon S5. and we took quite a lot of pictures.

what a tiring day at that time. after club, w went to mcDonald which is just a few block from Clarke Quay.

and in conclusion of the day, it is exactly 5.30AM in the morning, we went back home to sleep in peace.
